Conference technical equipment
We are using the latest conference technology – Bosch discussion devices and Bosch multimedia conferencing system Dicentis. This system has a wide variety of use – discussing, interpreting, voting. We will set up the conference equipment based on your needs, test it and then, of course, our well qualified staff provide support during the event.
Interpreting
We use Bosch digital technology for interpreting. We can place smaller interpreting booths on the table or larger closed booths for two or more interpreters directly at your event. We will arrange the transmission of translations both for the participants directly in the hall and for the teleconference or stream. Our interpreting equipment meets the latest EU standards 4034/2016.
Voting system
If you want to vote a new supervisory board, representatives in you company, committee or just best colleague of the year, you can use our voting system. Every participant of the meeting gets a voting device, choose an option and instantly you can see results displayed on a screen.
